Gold and silver prices fell today, 17 September. According to the India Bullion and Jewellers Association (IBJA), the price of 10 grams of 24-carat gold fell by ₹1,129 to ₹1.51 lakh. The price of one kilogram of silver fell by ₹2,862 to ₹2.28 lakh. This month, silver has become around ₹9,000 cheaper and gold ₹5,000 cheaper. On 31 August, gold was priced at around ₹1.56 lakh and silver at ₹2.37 lakh. Will this decline continue for long?
