A horrific road accident in Sehore district of Madhya Pradesh on Monday devastated a family from Bhiapura village in Rajgarh. On Tuesday, when four funeral pyres left the village together, every eye was moist. The father, son, and two cousins were cremated on the same pyre. Due to mourning, no stoves were lit in the entire village, and people did not even consume food. In the accident, Deviram Tanwar (60), his son Banesingh Tanwar (25), Bhagwan Singh Tanwar (45), and Gulab Singh Tanwar (32) died. All four belonged to the same family. The bodies reached the village around 12 noon. After this, the villagers and family members decided to cremate everyone on the same pyre. Around 1 PM, the final journey of all four departed together. On Monday afternoon around 2:45 PM, a Bolero collided with an oncoming truck near Godi Jod, near Ashta in Sehore district. Five people died in the accident, while several others were injured. Deviram’s elder son Radheshyam is seriously injured in the accident. He is undergoing treatment in the hospital.
