According to police, people linked to Sanyam Infra and local residents got into a confrontation over the property. After receiving information, police personnel Vijay Sikarwar and Ashish Sharma reached the spot. Police alleged that Mohsin and his associates present at the site argued with the officers during the incident. A case was registered two days after the confrontation, while the accused were arrested seven days later. Pankaj, Prateek Sanghvi questioned Additional DCP Amrendra Singh said notices were issued to Pankaj Sanghvi and Prateek Sanghvi, asking them to appear before investigators. Officials said Prateek Sanghvi was called because he is the primary signatory on the company’s official documents. Police have not confirmed any action against either Pankaj Sanghvi or Prateek Sanghvi so far, stating that the investigation is still underway. Long-running diamond palace colony land dispute According to police, the disputed land in Diamond Palace Colony is claimed by the Sanghvi family.
