A gas pipeline exploded in Indore on Tuesday, leaving four people, including a woman, with burn injuries. The incident took place near the Jain Temple in Suman Nagar under the Vijay Nagar police station area. One of the injured has been identified as Vijay Patel. According to local residents, boring work was being carried out at the site by local councillor Balmukund Soni. Flames rise after an explosion All the injured were rushed to hospital, where they are receiving treatment. Police, fire brigade and rescue teams reached the spot soon after the incident and secured the area. Preliminary findings suggest that the gas pipeline was damaged during the boring work, causing a gas leak that later triggered the explosion. The administration has urged people not to believe rumours and to follow safety instructions.
