A 17-year-old girl was critically injured in a brutal attack in Shivpuri district’s Bhauti police station area on the morning of June 5. According to police, the teenager was alone at home when accused Dharmendra Parihar allegedly entered the house carrying an axe and a rope. The girl ran to the rooftop in an attempt to escape, but the accused reportedly followed her. He allegedly struck her 50 to 60 times with the axe.
