Ranchi Regional Development Authority (RRDA) has approved the plan for a G plus 10-storey building on this land located along the Ring Road. Commercial activities will be conducted on two floors of the building. Offices and showrooms will be built in it. While eight floors will have residential flats. Only one block will be built on this land. However, this society has been provided with many luxury facilities. Plan has been approved, building will be ready soon Ishan Kishan’s father, Pranav Kumar Pandey, revealed that land was acquired on conversion near Dhoni’s house quite some time ago. Now the plan for an 11-storey building on that land has been approved. Construction work will now proceed rapidly. Soon, Ishan’s dream building will be ready along the Ring Road. Because the building will be developed in a modern way. The society will have everything from playground to guest house In the approved plan for Ishan Kishan’s land, many facilities have also been provided. In this project, facilities like playground, indoor games, swimming pool, gym, guest house, community hall, garden, salon-parlor, medical and departmental store will be developed as open space. Emphasis has been laid on keeping more open space in the entire society. The front set back has also been kept more in the front portion, so that the front look of the building appears excellent. Ground-breaking ceremony was held in 2022 Ishan Kishan performed the Bhoomi Pujan (ground-breaking ceremony) on this 75-decimal land in December 2022. An infrastructure company was formed under the name Shagun Ishan Infra. Work on this project is being carried out under this company. It was decided at the time of the Bhoomi Pujan itself that he would now become Dhoni’s neighbor.
