On Jabalpur-Damoh Road, a speeding truck crushed a scooter rider on Wednesday morning. The youth died on the spot in the accident. After the incident, local people chased and stopped the truck and informed the police. According to information, around 10 AM, a truck (MP09 HH 3760) going from Damoh to Jabalpur hit a scooter rider coming from the opposite direction near the State Bank in Patan Nagar. After the collision, the youth got stuck in the rear wheel of the truck and was dragged for about 50 meters. Police reached the spot, seized the truck, and took the driver into custody.
