10-year-old boy’s smartwatch explodes:Twin brother also burnt, watch bursts during wedding function; skin peels off hand

In Narmadapuram, on Sunday night, a smart watch tied to the wrist of a 10-year-old child suddenly exploded. In the accident, the hand of the child wearing the watch was burnt, while his twin brother sitting nearby also came under its impact. The incident occurred during a wedding ceremony. According to information, 10-year-old twin brothers Vedant Chaudhary and Suryansh Chaudhary, residents of village Chandon, had come to attend a wedding at a garden located on Itarsi Road. At night, both brothers were sitting together. Vedant was wearing a smart watch on his hand, when suddenly a slow explosion occurred in it. Hand burnt due to watch explosion Due to the smart watch exploding, a part of Vedant’s hand was burnt. The skin of his hand was peeled off. His brother Suryansh, sitting nearby, also got his hand affected. After the accident, panicked family members immediately reached the children. Family members took both children to Narmada Hospital around 1:30 AM. Doctors examined and treated them. As the injuries were minor, both were sent home the same night after treatment.
