The first match of the Indian Premier League in Jaipur will be played on April 23, with a special ticket offer aimed at students. For the clash between Rajasthan Royals and Sunrisers Hyderabad, tickets priced at ₹1,800 are being made available to students for just ₹500. One ID, one ticket: first come, first served According to the Rajasthan Royals management, the discounted tickets will be issued on a first come, first served basis. Students must present a valid ID card to avail the offer, and only one ticket will be issued per ID. The tickets can be collected from the offline counter set up at the West Gate of Sawai Mansingh Stadium, where sales have already begun. Students purchasing under this scheme will be allotted seats in the East Stand, offering a closer view of the players. Offline counters open daily Apart from the student quota, regular ticket sales are also underway. Offline counters have been opened at the East, West and North gates of the stadium. These counters are operational daily from 11 AM to 6 PM, with tickets currently being sold at standard prices. Ticket prices rise this season IPL ticket prices have seen an increase this season. The East Stand, considered the most affordable, now costs ₹1,800—about ₹300 higher than last year. At the premium end, tickets for the Dream Lounge can go up to ₹40,000. Prices are also fluctuating based on demand as the match day approaches.
