During the conversation, the two leaders discussed the Iran war and stressed that the Strait of Hormuz should remain open. Describing the conversation as “A very positive and productive call,” Gor went on to add “Stay tuned,” hinting that there might be a soon-to-be announcement of the trade deal. Stocks like IndiGo, HCL Tech, Infosys, Ultra Cement, Bajaj Finance and LT were among the major gainers on the Sensex. Nifty IT emerges as highest gainer Sectorally, on the NSE, all the major indices soared at opening with Nifty IT rising the most by 2.93% followed by PSU Bank, Metal and Realty. Similarly, the 50-company Nifty had ended 207.95 points lower to close at 23,842.65 points.
