The West Central Railway’s Bhopal Division has cancelled one trip each of the Rani Kamalapati–Santragachi Humsafar Express in June due to ongoing technical work. Passengers have been advised to check the train status before starting their journey. The cancellation has been announced due to infrastructure development work on the Bilaspur Junction–Champa Junction rail section under the South East Central Railway’s Bilaspur Division. The project involves third and fourth line construction, along with pre non-interlocking, non-interlocking and post non-interlocking activities. Because of this, one trip each of the Humsafar Express trains operated by the Bhopal Division has been cancelled. Railway authorities have urged passengers to verify train schedules before travel through official enquiry services such as NTES or Rail Madad 139, to avoid inconvenience.
