According to the commission’s report, her age was only 16 years, 2 months, and 12 days during the marriage that took place on March 11, 2026. Following this report, a case has been registered against girl’s husband, Farman Khan, under the POCSO Act. After the commission declared girl a minor, Sanoj said that truth has prevailed. He alleged that a big conspiracy was hatched to defame him and girl’s family. According to Sanoj, she was brainwashed into making false accusations, but now the truth is out for everyone to see. She questioned the character of her parents and accused Sanoj of molestation. Now Sanoj Mishra says that all this was said under the influence of Farman. Sanoj Mishra shared his views by releasing a video on social media. He stated that the allegations of molestation made against him during the controversy were completely false. He had filed a complaint with the Madhya Pradesh Police and the National Human Rights Commission. Sanoj said, “What was my crime? Is it a crime to make films on issues like love jihad and religious conversion?
