The woman has been unable to provide her full identity, only stating “Salkanpur,” while the name “Bhagwati” is tattooed on her hand. Incident reportedly occurred around 2:30 am between Sunday and Monday near the Laharpur Bridge drain, when a speeding car approached and its occupants deliberately pushed the elderly woman out of the moving vehicle.
