See pictures of incident Played song, waved goodbye before hanging In the nearly 14-minute video, Manoj is seen playing the sad song “Main Adhura Jee Raha Hoon” on a music system before going live on Instagram. He first attempts to climb onto a clothes stand using a chair but falls once. He then adjusts his phone angle, reads messages during the live session, waves goodbye to friends, and blows flying kisses. After this, he climbs onto the stand again, places a scarf tied to the ceiling fan around his neck, and hangs himself. Friends rushed, but it was too late Manoj’s friend, Shubham Rajak, said he worked with him as a plumber and described him as well-behaved. Manoj also sold readymade clothes from his rented room. Shubham said Manoj went live after 10:30 PM. Several friends saw the video and rushed to his house, but he had already died by the time they arrived. No suicide note found Rural police station in-charge Vikas Yadav said a post-mortem has been conducted and no suicide note was found. Police have seized Manoj’s mobile phone and are recording statements from family members. The exact reason behind the suicide is still unclear, though acquaintances suspect issues related to a relationship or family stress.
