A video has emerged of illegal collection from truck drivers by a dial 112 employee in Chakghat, Rewa. In this, an employee named Yogendra Singh Thakur is seen collecting ₹300 per vehicle from truck drivers while wearing a uniform. After Bhaskar prominently ran the news, IG Gaurav Rajput has ordered the filing of an FIR against the accused. In the video, Yogendra is telling the truck driver that he is taking ₹300 from every truck driver. If any inspector or station in-charge stops the vehicle after paying money, he will get his mustache shaved off.
