A minor student gave birth to a child during the 10th board examination in Pithampur, Dhar. The incident occurred on Tuesday during the mathematics paper at St. John’s School. The student was sitting normally in the examination hall solving the question paper. During this time, she took permission to go to the bathroom. When she didn’t return for a long time, the school staff went to check and found that the student had given birth to a child. The school management immediately informed the 108 ambulance. The medical team that arrived at the scene immediately admitted the student and the newborn to Pithampur Community Health Center.
