The physical examination for police constable recruitment in Gwalior will commence on Monday and continue until March 14. The tests will be conducted at the SAF Ground, with around 5,200 candidates expected to participate. To ensure a fair examination, authorities have implemented extensive security arrangements, including 60 CCTV cameras and sensor-based monitoring systems. Candidates will undergo document verification, fingerprint scanning, and eye scans to prevent any chance of malpractice. Additionally, candidates will wear RFID-tagged jackets, allowing officials to monitor their movements and activities on the examination ground throughout the test. Three committees formed for smooth conduct According to DIG Amit Sanghi, three committees have been constituted to oversee the examination process. Only candidates will be allowed entry into the test area. The physical efficiency test will include an 800-meter run, shot put, and long jump. Candidates will have three attempts for shot put and long jump, with results determined based on scores. Exam timing and Daily schedule The examination will begin daily at 6 AM. Starting February 25, around 400 candidates will be allowed entry each day for the physical efficiency tests. Schedule adjustment due to Holi holiday Due to the Holi holiday, the schedule has been adjusted by one day. The final day of the examination, initially planned for March 13, will now be held on March 14. The authorities have stressed strict adherence to the new schedule and monitoring protocols to maintain transparency and fairness throughout the recruitment process.
