In the Super-8 stage, there will be 2 groups of 4 teams each. Every team will play 3 matches against others in their group. This means 6 matches in one group. Thus, combining both groups, 12 matches will be played. Top 2 teams from each group will advance to the next round. In the Super-8 stage, 2 matches each will be played on February 22, 26, and March 1. On other days from February 20 to 28, there will be only 1 match per day. The first semifinal will be on March 4, while the second semifinal will be played at Wankhede Stadium on March 5. The winning teams will face each other in the final on March 8. If Pakistan makes it to the knockout round, all their matches will be played in Colombo.
