A man committed suicide at the Rajnagar police station in Chhatarpur. He reportedly went to the restroom under the pretext of relieving himself and hanged himself there. The incident took place on Saturday evening around 5 PM. The deceased has been identified as Rajesh Patel. Police have not disclosed the case in which he had been arrested. Following the incident, a large contingent of police was deployed at the station. Chhatarpur Superintendent of Police Agam Jain also reached the spot. The body of the accused remains at the station. Family members arrive at police station Upon hearing the news, the family of Rajesh Patel arrived at the police station. According to reports, the accused was taken into custody from his home on Saturday morning around 11 AM. SP Agam Jain stated that Patel went to the restroom under the pretext of urinating and hanged himself. Authorities said more details will be shared after investigation. A magistrate also visited the scene following the incident.
