Three women, including a two-year-old girl, were killed after a speeding truck rammed into a motorcycle in Morena district on Thursday evening. The incident occurred around 5:30 pm under the Civil Lines police station area on National Highway-44. According to police, the truck hit the motorcycle carrying four family members. The impact was so severe that the mother-in-law, daughter-in-law and the toddler died on the spot, while the man riding the bike sustained serious injuries. Victims identified The deceased have been identified as: All were residents of Hingona village. The injured motorcyclist, Rambaran Jatav (46), also a resident of Hingona, has been admitted to hospital and is undergoing treatment. Driver absconds, highway blocked After the accident, the truck driver abandoned the vehicle at the scene and fled. The incident sparked outrage among local residents, who staged a protest and blocked National Highway-44. Police teams reached the spot and are attempting to pacify the protesters and restore traffic movement. Further investigation into the case is underway.
