Constable married with two children According to information, the two youths involved are related as brothers-in-law. One of the youths’ sisters is reportedly in a romantic relationship with the constable, who is married with two children. The young woman had come from Seoni to meet the constable. Her brother and brother-in-law followed her and intercepted the officer near the Civic Centre, where they beat him.
