Nurse murdered at Sagar’s Community Health Center:Victim shot during duty; accused escapes

A nurse was shot dead in Sagar. The accused managed to flee from the scene. Deepshikha Chadhar was a nurse at the Community Health Center in Shahgarh. She was on duty at the health centre on Wednesday night. During this time, she came near the gate of the health centre for some work when the accused arrived and fired at her. Deepshikha died on the spot from the gunshot. Hearing the gunfire, people gathered at the scene. One of them called the police. The police reached the site and recorded the body and details. A citywide blockade has been imposed to catch the accused. Police are also checking CCTV footage from the health centre and surrounding areas. Incident just 200 metres from police station According to reports, the crime took place about 200 metres from the Shahgarh police station. The main bus stand is located near the hospital. Despite the crowded area, the accused carried out the attack and fled towards the forest. Police teams are pursuing the suspect. Search operations are ongoing in the forest. A citywide blockade has been imposed in Shahgarh. Since the area is close to the Chhatarpur district border, the Chhatarpur police have also been put on alert.
