Two siblings die after drowning in septic tank in Tikamgarh:Mother searches for children; police investigation ongoing

In Tikamgarh, two real brothers died on Friday in a tragic accident after drowning in a septic tank. The incident occurred at an under-construction house in Shivnagar Colony, where 7-year-old Ashish Yadav and 5-year-old Narendra Yadav lost their lives after falling into an open septic tank. Children disappear after leaving home The father of the deceased children, Sachendra Yadav, is originally a resident of Lakhura village and was living on rent in Shivnagar Colony for his children’s education. On Friday afternoon, after returning from school and having lunch, both children left home around 3 PM to play. When the children did not return until late evening, the family members started searching for them. Tank water drained using a motor Mother kept asking, ‘Where are my children?’
After the incident, the mother was in shock and continuously asked neighbors, ‘Where are my children?’ People from the neighborhood came forward to console her. There is an atmosphere of mourning throughout the area. It is being said that the septic tank in the under-construction house was open and there was no safety arrangement there. Police are investigating the matter.
