Suspended SI caught at Dilawar’s house:Army I-card in son’s name found after 10 crore MD drugs seized, family members jailed

Ratlam police have uncovered surprising evidence after raiding an MD drug factory in Chiklana. Police found an ID card of suspended Sub-Inspector Rauf Khan, who was suspended two years ago, and an Indian Army ID card of Azhar, son of the gang leader Dilawar Khan. After this discovery, police widened their investigation to examine the role of the entire network, including the suspended officer. SP Amit Kumar has set up a Special Investigation Team (SIT) to probe the matter. The court has sent Dilawar Khan’s two wives, Farida and Shayna (25), his sister Mumtaz, daughter-in-law Fiza, and one other person to Ratlam Circle Jail on judicial remand. On the ID card, Azhar has written the entry date as February 20, 2021, and service number as 153021. He has also stated his rank as Lance Naik. The police are calling this card fake. It has also come to light that when the police raided Dilawar Khan’s house, the women initially tried to scuffle. The police then acted tough. When the police took all the family members into custody, Dilawar’s son-in-law Yakub Khan and his daughter, Yakub’s wife Bakhamina, told the police that they would see what happens. Yakub offered up to 50 lakh. Yakub kept saying until the end, ‘Let me go, I will give 1 CR, meaning 1 crore.’ However, the police did not find any cash from the house during the investigation. All 16 accused were presented in Jaora Court from Ratlam on Saturday. From there, Dilawar’s two wives, sister, daughter-in-law, and one other person were sent to judicial remand in jail.
