A drugs factory was found operating inside a nursery in Agar Malwa. The Narcotics Department raided Teerth Nursery in the Amla area early on Saturday and seized 31.25 kg of MD drugs. The local police said the drugs are worth around 10 crore rupees in India and over 50 crore rupees internationally. The nursery owner, Kaluram Ratadia, is from Modi village near Susner and has more than four cases, including drug trafficking in Haryana. During the search in the raid by the Narcotics Department, a lab for manufacturing MD drugs was found inside the nursery premises. From the spot, 31.250 kg of finished drugs, about 600 kg of chemicals, machines and technical equipment used in drug manufacturing were seized. According to the records, document number MP512812024A1400131 was sold on March 28, 2024, to Anil Kumar and Abhay Kumar, sons of Manakchand Pokharna, residents of Indore. Its area is 2.93 hectares. Other land adjacent to this area is registered in the names of Shobha wife of Anil Pokharna, Mamta wife of Sandeep Pokharna, Chanchal Bai wife of Abhay Pokharna, and Sandeep son of Abhay Pokharna.
