In Ujjain, an elderly man riding a motorcycle was hit by a truck, causing him to fall onto the road and suffer serious injuries. Bystanders rushed him to a hospital, where he died during treatment. CCTV footage of the tragic accident has surfaced. The incident took place on Friday evening around 4:30 PM. Mohanlal (56) was on his way to attend his brother’s funeral when, at the Ghattia intersection, a truck turning from Tanodiya towards Mahidpur struck his bike from the rear. Following the collision, the truck driver fled the spot. Police arrived at the scene and started investigating the matter. Police are investigating the causes of the accident based on CCTV footage. Son said – the truck suddenly turned, father couldn’t recover Mohanlal’s elder son, Sunil Solanki, said, “We live on Ashok Mandi Marg in Ujjain. My father used to work as a driver. On Friday, my father was going from Ghattia to Dhabla to attend his cousin brother’s funeral. During this, the truck suddenly turned. My father’s car was also speeding, and before he could react, he collided with the truck, leading to his death.”
