The Gwalior High Court has expressed strong displeasure over the continuous disappearance of minor girls in Shivpuri district and the sluggish action by the police. Missing girls case shocks court While hearing the case, the Division Bench stated that it is extremely shocking that some girls have been missing for the last 10 years and the police have no leads. Court questions police on trafficking The court expressed concern that it is still not clear whether these girls left home voluntarily or if they have been pushed into the quagmire of human trafficking. Considering the seriousness of the matter, the High Court summoned Gwalior IG Arvind Saxena and Shivpuri SP Aman Singh personally. Officials present data to court SP Shivpuri presented data regarding the missing minor girls before the court. Now, the High Court has asked both officials to provide information on four points. Next hearing scheduled for January The next hearing of the case will be on January 19, 2026. Shivpuri SP Aman Singh stated that 30 girls have been missing since 2014.
