Fake guarantors presented for two consecutive days On January 5, a bail application was filed in court on behalf of 10 accused. For bail, a person named Jameel Rahman Khan was presented as a guarantor, and land-related documents in his name were submitted to the court. Later, the investigation revealed that Jameel Rahman Khan had died two years ago. Despite this, another person was presented in court under the same name, and bail was secured. The next day, on January 6, four more accused also received relief through another fake guarantor. Thus, a total of 14 accused were released from jail. It will now be important to see what action is taken in this case of fake guarantors and when the responsible parties are held accountable.
