Haryana history-sheeter killed by friend in Sehore:Lured to liquor party before murder; semi-naked body dumped into 25-foot deep gorge

A man was brutally murdered in Sehore after a revenge plot against him. Vivek alias Avinash Sharma, a history-sheeter from Sonipat, Haryana, was killed by his friend Bunty Fauji alias Amit Jat. Police have arrested six people, while one accused is still absconding. The accused dumped the body in a 25-foot-deep gorge. Victim found semi-naked in forest The body of Vivek Sharma was discovered on Monday morning in Bahota Ghat forest, Shahganj, Sehore district. He was found semi-naked, and the scene shocked locals. Bunty Fauji had a contract for a fish farm in Babai, Sehore district. Twenty days earlier, he was attacked with a gun. Bunty suspected Vivek of orchestrating the attack. This led to a conspiracy for revenge. Invitation to a liquor party On Friday evening, Bunty and five associates invited Vivek to a farmhouse on Lorka Pipliya Road, under the pretext of a liquor party. The party lasted until night. After leaving, Vivek drove back to Narmadapuram in his car. Brutal killing on road At midnight, Bunty and his accomplice Neeraj Meena stopped Vivek on the road. Bunty placed a gun on Vivek’s temple. Despite begging for his life, Vivek was shot in the head, causing both eyes to pop out. He was then shot in the back and finally in the private parts. After killing him, Bunty and his accomplices placed the body in a car trunk. They dumped it in a 25-foot-deep gorge in Bahota Ghat. Misleading the police After the murder, Bunty called his servant, Golu Lodhi, to pick him up. He instructed other associates to file a missing person’s report at Satlapur police station. The report claimed Vivek never returned from the party. Mobile phone leads to suspects Police formed a special team and searched Ratapani Sanctuary and nearby forests. Vivek’s mobile phone was found near the crime scene. Informants reported that Bunty’s servant Golu was acting suspiciously. Police arrested Golu for questioning. Friends arrested Five suspects were first arrested. Bunty, the main accused, fled towards Gwalior but was later apprehended. SP Ashutosh Gupta confirmed that both the victim and the accused had criminal records.
