Chief Minister Mohan Yadav inaugurated the IAS Service Meet in Bhopal on Friday. IAS officers from across the state have arrived for this event. This three-day IAS Service Meet, which started today, is being organised with the participation of all officers. This meet includes everyone from Assistant Collectors to the Chief Secretary, as well as former IAS officers and their family members. During the program, officers will showcase their art and talent beyond their administrative responsibilities. Various cultural and entertainment programs will be organised at Arera Club throughout the day and late into the night. See pictures of the event Awards will be given on the last day Four houses have been created for the three-day service meet. These houses will be in the form of Red House, Green House, Blue House and Yellow House, for which captains and vice captains have been appointed. Awards will be given in four categories on the last day of the meet. These awards will be given for Most Creative, Best Presentation, Best Entertainment Value and Best Coordination. Additionally, Best Child Artist and Best Senior Artist awards will be given in each house to children under 18 years of age of IAS officers. Association President said – Competition and enthusiasm will increase IAS Officers Association President and Additional Chief Secretary Manu Srivastava said that to encourage participation of field-posted officers in the Service Meet and facilitate their mutual coordination, field officers posted in nearby divisions have been kept in one group. The enthusiasm will increase further with competition in various programs, including the cultural night between the groups created for this service meet. Organising Committee Chairperson, Principal Secretary P Narhari said that since its establishment in 2010, the Service Meet has consistently become memorable. This has strengthened our bonds as a family, promoted cooperation, created new friendships and given us moments worth cherishing.
