Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav’s son Abhimanyu will marry Ishita on Sunday in a mass wedding ceremony at Sanvrakhedi. The CM has shown simplicity by choosing a mass wedding for his son’s marriage, a decision being widely discussed. Along with them, 22 other couples will also take vows together. Several VVIPs are expected to attend the event. The wedding of the Chief Minister’s younger son, scheduled for November 30, is being discussed across the state. For the event at the mass wedding ceremony in Sanvrakhedi, near Wakanakar Bridge, 8 governors, 11 chief ministers, and approximately 25 saints from across the country have been invited. On Sunday morning, a collective procession of all 22 couples will depart near the wedding venue. In this procession, all the grooms will ride on horses, and the brides will ride in carriages. Relatives will be seen dancing to band music as wedding guests. Several stages have been set up to welcome the procession. Chief Ministers of 11 BJP-ruled states, 8 Governors, the state cabinet, and central ministers, along with many saints, have been invited to the wedding. All VIPs and VVIPs will be seated, and 22 brides and grooms will exchange garlands simultaneously. For this, 5 special domes have been constructed. Green rooms have been prepared for the bride and groom. Here, there is also 1 pantry for VIPs. A huge stage of 40/100 has been constructed. Another stage of 50/25 and 22 mandaps of 15/15 size have been constructed for the ‘pheras’.25000 people will attend the wedding In the mass wedding ceremony, both the bride and groom of 22 couples and 25-25 people from 44 families have been invited. There is no restriction if anyone wishes to bring more guests. Around 9 AM, a procession (parade) of everyone will start simultaneously from near the Imperial Hotel and reach the event venue.
All grooms will sit together in the wedding pavilion after the traditional ‘Toran’ ceremony. Ravi Solanki, a friend and family member of the Chief Minister, informed that all guests have been requested not to bring gifts. Food will be ready by 10 AM. It will include Kaju Katli, Raj Bhog Moong Khaskhas Halwa, Kesar Kalakand, Rajasthani Danthal Papdi, Dryfruit Chana Dal, Bhajiye, Chole Aloo Gobhi Sabzi, Poori Dal Roti, Rice everything will be available in a buffet system.
