Two videos of Salman, accused of raping a six-year-old girl in Goharganj, Raisen district, have surfaced. In one video, which emerged on Wednesday, five days after the incident, Salman can be seen walking along the road wearing a blue T-shirt. In another video, he is seen buying cigarettes from a shop. Additional Superintendent of Police Kamlesh Kumar Kharpuse confirmed that the footage was recorded in the Goharganj area and the accused is clearly visible. Police are actively searching for him using these videos. Curfew-like restrictions in Goharganj On Wednesday, an unofficial curfew-like situation was reported in Goharganj, Raisen. Streets were deserted as people remained indoors. Police from six districts were deployed. Over 500 personnel were on duty, with the Quick Response Force also present. According to DIG Prashant Khare, the situation is under control. Accused still on the run Salman, also known as Nazar, is still absconding. Police teams continue to search for him. Protest and tensions On the fifth day after the incident, a peaceful sit-in protest was held at the school ground in Goharganj demanding Salman’s arrest.
