Class 12 student accuses teacher and son of molestation:Police register serious charges after both allegedly enters her home, commits assault, threatens to kill family

A class 12th student has accused a government school teacher and his son of molestation by entering her house in the Rawati police station of Ratlam. Police have registered a case against the teacher and his son under various sections. This is the second case in 24 hours in Ratlam district where Rawati police station has registered cases against two teachers from different government schools on charges of molestation. The 12th-class student has filed a report at the Rawati police station. She stated that on November 15 at 5:45 PM, she was at her home. Then, teacher Ramesh, father of Gamira Labana, and his son Sandeep came to my house. They grabbed my hand with bad intentions. They started molesting me. When I started screaming, they hit me with fists. My clothes were also torn in the scuffle. Hearing the screaming, my brother and grandfather came. Sandeep and Ramesh Labana also beat them up. While leaving, both said that you have been saved today, but when we get another chance, we will kill all of you. After this, I told the entire sequence of events to my mother and father when they came from Ratlam. After this, I went to the Rawati police station and filed a complaint. Rawati police station registered a case at 8:50 PM on Sunday night against accused teacher Ramesh Labana (45) and his son Sandeep (21), residents of village Umar (Rawati), under sections 74, 75(1), 296(A), 333, 115(2), 351(3), 3(5) along with sections 7 and 8 of POCSO Act and took up investigation. The accused teacher is posted at the government primary school in Mowaripada of Bajna block. Teacher Govind Kasawat suspended
A molestation case was registered at Rawati police station on Saturday against Govind Kasawat, a teacher at the government primary school in Narsinghnaka, based on a complaint by a class 12 student. This school comes under the Government High School Complex in Umar of the Bajna development block. After the matter came to light, Assistant Commissioner of the Tribal Affairs Department Ranjana Singh immediately suspended teacher Govind Kasawat. It is being reported that there is also some mutual dispute between these two teachers. Due to this, allegations and counter-allegations of harassment have been made against each other. Rawati police station is investigating both cases.
