The National Investigation Agency (NIA) team reached Burhanpur on Friday night in connection with the investigation into the explosion in a moving car parked in front of Delhi’s Red Fort. The team stayed overnight and left on Saturday morning. During the investigation, the names of some doctors associated with Al-Falah University surfaced on the agency’s radar. As part of this line of inquiry, the NIA has been tracking doctors and their networks across multiple locations over recent days. Local police not informed, says CSP While there were reports of the NIA team’s presence in Burhanpur, the local police stated that they had not received any official communication. CSP Gaurav Patil said, We have heard about the NIA team’s visit, but they did not make any formal contact with us. Therefore, we cannot officially confirm anything. Team gathered inputs on a suspect doctor Sources revealed that the NIA team visited Burhanpur to gather information about a suspect doctor who had studied at Al-Falah University.
