Falitash Jain, a resident of New Madhopuri Ludhiana, complained to the police that he had purchased 4 flats from the company in Hero Homes, Ludhiana project. He had paid approximately 2 crores 41 lakhs 13 thousand 602 rupees to the company Hero Realty Private Limited office in Okhla Industrial Estate New Delhi for purchasing the flats.
