Driven by debt and harassment, dismissed employee dies by suicide:Blames 21 people in 7-page suicide note; alleges electricity to his quarter was cut off

Moneylenders have trapped my wife and taken money at a monthly interest rate of 10 to 20 percent. They collected money by taking blank cheques. She can never escape their clutches now. She might also have to commit suicide. These people have ruined many homes.These words were written in the suicide note of a dismissed employee in Shujalpur. Anil Dohre (55) was found dead on Monday morning near Jatashankar Dam. An empty container of poisonous substance and a seven-page suicide note were found near him in his car. It names 24 people, including a female judge. Among them, 21 people have been accused of harassing his wife, troubling her with high interest rates, cutting off electricity to their government accommodation, and blackmailing, including fraud. He had been missing since November 7. Anil had also sent this suicide note to his wife, Archana Dohre, on WhatsApp. After this, his wife filed a complaint at the police station. They collected money by taking blank cheques. All of them are involved in the moneylending business. Once trapped in their clutches, one cannot escape in life. She might also have to commit suicide. I cannot tolerate it anymore. These people are responsible for my death. Wajid Khan Pathan, son of Hidayat Gul Pathan, teacher, resident of Shujalpur — Wajid has blackmailed my wife. He extorts money and has also exploited her. Information can be obtained from both their mobile phones and from bank and PhonePe records. Wajid Pathan, the teacher, is also the one who ruined my home. Second Page – Loan taken using wife’s documents Lakhan Malviya, a teacher, and his associates Hemlata Pushpad and Leelabai Pushpad together tampered with my wife’s documents. They told her that her loan was being processed. “Go to Bhopal and sign,” they said. My wife had given her pay slip, SBI statement and cheque, PAN card, and Aadhaar card to Lakhan. They went to Vidisha, tampered with the documents, and took out a loan. The amount never came into my wife’s account. The three withdrew the money and squandered it. The mobile number is in Archana’s name, but the fingerprints on it belong to Leelabai; the mobile was obtained by updating Aadhaar with this number. Similarly, Archana has an account in Bank of Baroda, Shujalpur branch, while the fingerprints belong to Leelabai. The mobile and SIM were used by them. Hemlata, along with her sister Leelabai, also filed a report in my wife’s name. Hemlata goes to a female judge’s house to cook, and because of this, the judge pressured the police and got the report registered. Hemlata acts as a broker in court cases. Lakhan Malviya is addicted to luxury. He traps people under the pretext of getting them loans. He has also humiliated me many times. Lakhan Malviya, Hemlata, and Leelabai are also responsible. Third Page – Hostel superintendent harassed Meena Ghore, Superintendent, Junior Girls Hostel, Shujalpur — she is in charge of three hostels including Senior Hostel No. 2 and Post Matric Hostel. Her posting was in Rajgarh earlier, where her husband Ganesh Rao raped a hostel girl. After the case was registered, he was punished. Meena Ghore was suspended, then transferred to Shajapur, and has been in Shujalpur ever since. She has committed corruption worth crores of rupees. She owns a house worth Rs 1 crore, a car worth Rs 18 lakh, and land. My wife Archana’s order for the post of Superintendent was issued on October 1, 2019. The charge was to be taken from Meena Ghore, but she handed it over on December 6, 2019, and has been harassing my wife ever since. My wife was on medical leave from September 14, 2025. Then she told me that my wife ran away with others. Fed up with her harassment, I am committing suicide. Fourth Page – Abuse and misbehaviour with wife Savitri Singh, posted in the Secondary School of Jamner, was appointed Superintendent of Jamner on October 1, 2019. After her arrival, she also received the Shujalpur hostel. On September 30, 2025, she received permanent charge of Senior Hostel No. 1 Shujalpur. My wife has been associated with this hostel from the beginning. She abuses my wife, calling her immoral and a terrorist. She has cut off our electricity, and we are living without power in the government quarter. The lock of the main gate was changed on November 3, 2025. Savitri Singh, a primary teacher in Jamner, continues to harass. Fed up with this, I am committing suicide. She is responsible for my death. Strict action should be taken against her. Fifth Page – District officer committed corruption Meena Mandlo, DO Shajapur, has been committing corruption ever since her appointment. During the tenure of the then Collector Kanyal, goods worth Rs 70 lakh were purchased. Corruption worth lakhs has been done. Forty hostels operate in the district. Every year, during the hostel operation session, she takes Rs 20,000 from each superintendent. Every month, she takes 10 percent of the hostel operational fund. In Ujjain, the DC used to take Rs 10,000 per hostel, and his family took Rs 1,000 per hostel. The driver charges Rs 1,500. Superintendent Dharamsingh Malviya collects this and gives it to Meena Mandloi. I myself used to hand over the amount for my wife’s hostel to Dharamsingh. My wife was permanently removed on September 19, 2025, and since then, Meena Mandloi has been harassing her. She had the electricity disconnected, did not let her enter the hostel, and changed the lock of the main gate. A copy was also sent to the Collector’s office. On November 5, 2025, my wife applied for the light connection in her name. The lights were turned on at 2 PM, but Meena Singh and Savitri Singh informed the DO and had the lights disconnected again. Earlier, on September 19, 2025, the DO had the power disconnected by sending an application to the electricity company to vacate my wife’s government quarter. As per rules, employees are given three months’ time, and since there was a High Court stay, the orders should have been void. For the last 5–7 days, the electricity and water supply in my wife’s quarter have been disconnected. We are being mentally harassed. Seventh Page – Please ensure my daughter completes her MBBS Meena Ghor is the one who has been harassing us. Fed up with these three, I am committing suicide. They are responsible for my death. Case registered against Archana Dohre Among these, Bharat Srivastava, Raja alias Deependra Chhabra, Sharda Gupta, and Radheshyam Gupta have registered cases against Archana Dohre. It is alleged that the cheques given by Archana have bounced. In the last three years, 11 cases of fraud, cheque bounce, and conspiracy have been registered against her. Was an LDC in court, later dismissed Anil Dohre was an LDC in the court. About 20 years ago, he was transferred from Shujalpur to Susner Court. A complaint of misbehaviour was filed after an argument with the judge over flag hoisting, following which he was dismissed from service. After losing his job, he started a travel business, renting out his car for income.
