Around 10 AM, about 180 people had reported this. People also kept complaining about the website being down on social media. According to Down Detector, 45% of complaints were about the website, while 51% were about the app. However, the complaints about website and app being down have now decreased on Down Detector. IRCTC went down before Tatkal booking time The time for booking Tatkal tickets for AC class on IRCTC is 10 AM. While the time for booking Tatkal tickets for sleeper class is 11 AM. IRCTC’s ticketing platforms went down right when Tatkal booking opened. People trying to book tickets under Tatkal quota for Chhath faced difficulties. IRCTC sells approximately 12.5 lakh tickets daily. What to do when IRCTC website is down?
