The Madhya Pradesh Lokayukta team has conducted raids at five locations belonging to retired excise officer Dharmendra Singh Bhadauria. In Indore, searches are underway at four places, including his flat in Old Palasia, his office on Aerodrum Road, and a site in Business Park. Meanwhile, a team has also reached his residence in Indramani Nagar, Gwalior. According to reports, the Lokayukta team recovered a large quantity of gold and cash during the raids. The team is examining Bhadauria’s assets and documents. Dharmendra Singh Bhadauria retired in August 2025. Earlier, in 2020, he had been suspended over negligence in the auctioning of liquor licences. The action was taken because the auctions were not conducted on time.
