In Ujjain, a father dangled his 9-year-old son out of a moving car late at night. A passing policeman noticed and alerted the control room. The police soon stopped the car and reprimanded the father, who claimed he was doing it for fun. The incident happened around midnight between Tuesday and Wednesday near Chamunda Mata Square. Constable Sarvesh Malviya of Chimanganj Mandi police station saw the child hanging out of the driver’s side of a Fortuner and immediately reported it via radio. When TI Solanki asked why he was driving dangerously, Deepak admitted, “I was doing stunts for fun.” Solanki scolded him, saying, “This is not a joke. However, on Wednesday (September 24) morning, the Madhav Nagar Police have been instructed to begin legal proceedings against the father.
