In Nabarangpur, BJD leader Pradeep Majhi protested by cleaning a hospital toilet. He alleged the dialysis unit’s toilet was unhygienic due to administrative neglect. Majhi stated the situation risked patient health. He also accused misuse of Swachh Bharat Mission funds. Health official Sukant Satapathy denied the claims and promised review.
