IIT-Madras & IISc-Bengaluru maintain NIRF dominance

IIT-Madras has secured the top position in the NIRF 2025 “overall” category for the seventh consecutive year, while IISc-Bengaluru remains India’s best university for the tenth year. Manipal Academy of Higher Education entered the top three in the university category for the first time. Delhi University colleges dominated the colleges list, with Hindu College at No. 1.
