Microsoft has proposed a discount to the US General Services Administration for cloud services. This could save billions of dollars. The deal is part of OneGov initiative. Other tech giants like Google, Amazon, and Oracle have also offered similar discounts. Government agencies must purchase through the GSA to avail the savings.
