Delhi hit-and-drag death: Minor driver’s sister booked

In Delhi, a factory worker died after a minor driving a car hit and dragged him. Police booked the minor’s sister for allowing an unauthorized person to drive. The mother’s role is also under investigation. The victim was the sole breadwinner and his wife is pregnant. CCTV footage shows the car hitting and dragging the victim.
