Manipur: 3 women among 5 militants arrested; arms and ammunition seized

Security forces in Manipur arrested five militants, including three women from the KCP (Taibanganba), in Thoubal and Imphal East districts. Separately, a PREPAK (PRO) cadre was apprehended. Authorities also seized arms and ammunition during a search operation in Imphal East. The governor highlighted ongoing security efforts to curb extortion and the seizure of over 3,000 firearms in recent months.
