Forces manually drain out temporary lake in Harsil

Following a cloudburst-triggered landslide that blocked the Bhagirathi river near Dharali, a temporary lake formed upstream of Harsil, raising flood concerns. National Disaster Response Force, armed forces, and state agencies are working to manually drain the lake to prevent downstream flooding.
