Kapil Sibal: Where is Dhankhar, should we file habeas corpus?

Kapil Sibal, former minister, has raised concerns about the sudden disappearance of ex-Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar from public view since his resignation. Sibal expressed that he has been unable to reach Dhankhar and questioned whether a habeas corpus petition should be filed. He also urged the government to disclose Dhankhar’s whereabouts and well-being.
