No Helmet, No Petrol, Bhopal District Administration To Enforce New Rule From August 1

Bhopal District Collector Koushlendra Vikram Singh directed all the petrol pumps in Bhopal to not provide petrol to two-wheeler riders who are not wearing helmets. This order will come into effect from August 1 and will remain effective till September 29

Along with this, instructions were given to take action against those who do not follow traffic rules.

Bhopal Collector Koushlendra Vikram Singh takes initiative to reduce death rates in road accidents. Wearing helmets significantly reduces the risk of serious injuries or fatalities in road accidents.

Collector Koushlendra Vikram Singh said, “Not wearing helmet, over speeding and drink and drive are the major concerns for road safety. Wearing a helmet can reduce the risk of fatality. This rule will be strictly followed for the safety of drivers in Bhopal.”
