Mark Zuckerberg has announced Shengjia Zhao as the chief scientist of Meta Superintelligence Labs. Zhao co-created ChatGPT. He also played a key role in developing GPT-4. Meta has invested heavily in AI talent acquisition. The company has hired talents from Google, OpenAI, Apple and Anthropic. Meta will also spend billions on AI data centers in the US.
