Digital arrest: Crooks use ‘tattoo and mole verification’ to strip 2 Bengaluru women

In Bengaluru, two women were victims of a digital arrest scam. Fraudsters posing as police officers coerced them into stripping during a fake online examination. The women transferred Rs 58,447 before realizing the deception. They were threatened with nude photos being released after seeking help from a friend.
