Bihar and West Bengal Police arrested five people near Kolkata. The arrest relates to the murder of Chandan Mishra. Mishra, a convict out on parole, was killed in a Patna hospital. Police tracked the suspects using mobile signals. Four were directly involved in the killing. The fifth person’s role is still under investigation.
